New Appointment
Premier is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Morgan to the position of Finance Director from 1 November.

Peter, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brings a wealth of experience to Premier gained in a broad range of industries. Until recently he was Group Finance Director of Biotrace International Plc, a quoted company based in Bridgend, South Wales, overseeing a period of rapid growth in the business which culminated in it’s sale to 3M in late 2006 for £54m. Peter remained with 3M for 12 months after the sale in a consultant role, whilst also fulfilling a number of other appointments including a part time role within Premier.

In welcoming Peter Morgan to his new role within Premier, Chairman Nigel Williams said "Premier has experienced rapid growth from inception in 1993. We are not resting on our laurels and are planning further growth and Peter has the ideal background to assist us with delivering this strategy."

In response to this statement, Peter explained "I am thrilled with this new appointment. Premier has a dynamic team and have made me most welcome in my new role. I have been particularly impressed with the company’s sound, pragmatic approach, and exceptional environmental credentials, which put Premier at the forefront of the industry in the adoption of supplying timber product from sustainable sources."
