Key responsibilities:
To set budgetary targets and implement sales strategy for the sales team and achieve personal budgets set by the Company Directors. Paul is responsible for ironing out any issues they may have with stock or customer queries.
Paul liaises with the various departments within Premier- Logistics/shipping/ credit control/purchasing.

Brief career history:
A wide and varied career spanning 24 years within the Timber trade. 14 years initial experience with major International market leader, two years working self employed from home, 1 year working with Hardboard Manufacturer until finally spending the last 7 years
with Premier.

Interesting facts:
Married with two great kids, (and a puppy).
Paul is passionate about Rugby and built own house.
